MDI School Dance Platform

On 5th March 2020, our school Dance Club made an appearance at the MDI School Dance Platform in The Capstone Theatre. They perfomed a fantastic piece, ‘A Day in the Life of Cat in the Hat’  in front of a fully packed theatre. The girls who took part were a credit to our school and made everyone very proud!

Virtual Sports Day 2020

This year, due to unforseen circumstances, we carried out a whole school Virtual Sports Day. Children took part both at home and in school to gather points for their team. Once the scores were combined at the end of the week we found that the Black team had won overall- Well done everyone who took part! Including all the satff at Banks Road Primary, it was a great success!

New Gymnastics Equipment

We’ve had the fantastic opportunity to be able to install a brand new gymnastics frame and balancing equipment to our PE hall in 2019/2020. The feedback from the children has been very positive and I have no doubt it will continue to improve children’s skills in agility, balance and co-ordination!
